If you’re running a freebie site on wordpress.com, you can install only the 120 or so themes provided; all others are off limits.

Otherwise, press the Download button, save the zip file it gives you, then go to Appearance/Themes, select the Install Themes button, and upload the zip. It’s pretty self-explanatory once you get to that point.

You can go to choose a free or premium wordpress theme which comes with multiple color schemes,use theme options panel you can easy switch color of theme.

If you’re using a self hosted wordpress you should change the css file, Appearance -> Edit -> styles.css , but things are not so easy.

If you’re using that theme at wordpress.com, then you need to upgrade to a plan that allows you to change your css, then change your css file to the color you want. If you’re using a wordpress.org install, then you alter the css file to reflect your color.

It doesn’t matter which WordPress theme you use. They are all going to be pretty much the same when it comes to being search engine friendly. I have three sources I recommend for finding yourself an excellent template. Three are free and one you have to pay for. The three free sites are: and and and. These two sites give you dozens of choices. The one pay site I recommend is:. The reason I recommend the latter for the pay per site is the fact they make sure all their themes are W3C friendly. Other than that what will make your site successful is content, constant updating of content. If you need help please give me a ticket at the link below for help. The help will be free of course.

I tried heaps of free wordpress themes and there are some fantastic ones…All you have to do is google “free wordpress themes” or Free WordPress magazine themes” etc…. If you have only one website to choose for then this is fine…
I started to have a problem after getting 20+ wordpress websites and decided it would be better to get a bought theme that can change and look like it is diffterent. This way I only have to learn how to customise and change one theme and not 20 different ones. I ended up buying Worpress Remix which is a crazy Worpress theme that is just what you need for business…(will leave a link in the source section).
This theme lets you choose different templates. So if you want bits of every post or a feature post or ad sections or whatever on your frontpage..You can do it just by choosing a template…I suggest you check out the demo.. It is unreal…

There are a lot of things that go into getting good rankings SE rankings-proper keywords, inbound links, good content, blah blah blah.

That said, Thesis is probably a great theme to use for your WordPress blog. I don’t use it personally, but I’ve only heard good things about it. Below I will put a link to two great ebooks on how to use Thesis. They also go into blog monetization as well.

The best wordpress themes are the search engine friendly ones. Not all wordpress themes are search engines friendly.

Of course only themes won’t give you traffics, but themes are also important factor. Don’t look for how cool theme are, but look for search engines friendly one.

As i am aware of, thesis theme is very popular of it’s SEO opmtimization, however there are some free themes that created by thesis creators too, here are some list:

This happen already to me, i just found out that the theme is broken, it was incompletely uploaded to my server.
Just re upload the file again, that’s the best i can advise.
